Our true independence ensures that clients will receive objective and impartial advice that is in their best interests. We are remunerated on an hourly rate basis and are not "tied" to any financial institution or other organisation. Commissions arising from product implementations will, subject to the terms of our Client Agreement, be offset against our time based charges and do not determine our remuneration, though can be a convenient method of settlement.

The depth and range of our knowledge is of paramount importance and therefore we maintain a formal program of continuing professional development. This, together with a tenacious attitude to gain the clear truth of matters, ensures the competence of our advice.
