Graduate progression

We are committed to recruiting at a graduate level as we prefer to nurture, develop and train people in-house. Graduates will undergo extensive "on the job" training whilst at work and will also attend external courses to study for the Financial Planning professional qualifications. Some individuals will sit the investment examinations as well. The training and examinations supported at each level are shown on the attached table:
