Before considering what advice to offer, Saunderson House will consult with you and listen to your financial goals and concerns. We will conduct a comprehensive fact finding exercise to build an understanding of your assets and liabilities, income and expenditure, risk profile and objectives. Other information such as age, health, planned capital expenditure and intended retirement date also need to be obtained before advice is given.

We will then analyse your personal situation, studying existing policies and investments to ascertain the underlying charges and options, whether there are any guaranteed benefits attaching and if your existing provision meets your risk profile and agreed objectives.

Once we have collected all of the facts, we will make firm recommendations with clear and concise reasons why, setting out our advice in the form of a bespoke financial plan.

We understand how busy our clients are and, if you accept our advice, we will also take care of the implementation to ensure that the agreed objectives are achieved.

Finally, we will monitor and review your portfolio on a yearly or half yearly basis, recommending and helping you to implement appropriate adjustments as and when necessary to ensure optimum progression towards your financial goals.
