Family estates

At Saunderson House we place life cover for some of the largest family estates in the country. We work with trustees and their advisers, and can recommend and implement policies efficiently, using our network of contacts within the underwriting departments of several insurance companies, often working to tight deadlines. We also have experience arranging policies with very large sums assured, which can otherwise be difficult.

Our services include:

• Regular reporting of potential claim and surrender values.

• Proactive advice on policy expiry and option dates.

• Modelling of needs e.g. future cover versus prospective inheritance tax liabilities.
